Our History
Heart to Heart Inclusive Education Foundation was founded in the year 2012 and officially registered with the CAC (No. IT 72580) in 2014. It operates as a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) catering to the welfare and rights of persons with disabilities.

Vision & Mission
Vision: To have an inclusive and healthy lifestyle for Persons With Disabilities and the vulnerable, where human rights are universally respected.
Mission: Deliberate and consistent engagement with stakeholders, community based organizations (CBOs) and partners through training, mentoring, and partnership in achieving self-sustainability for persons with disabilities and the vulnerable, and fiercely advocating for their fundamental human rights.
Our Objectives
- To strengthen the capacity of people with disabilities in income generation.
- To strengthen the capacity of policy makers/service providers to effectively respond to the needs of Persons With Disabilities.
- To enhance the capacity of existing Communities Based Organizations (CBOs) and persons with disabilities (PWDs) on governance.
- Facilitate linkage of persons with disabilities to support institutions for education, social and economic empowerment.
- To actively defend the human rights of marginalized communities against systemic discrimination, abuse, and inequality.
