We have empowered over 300 Persons With Disabilities through capacity building, mobility aids, hearing devices, educational support, skills acquisitions, and psychosocial support.
Heart to Heart Inclusive Education Foundation covers the Kaduna metropolis and 6 other Local Governmental Areas in Kaduna State, namely:
